Provide sewer service for Block 1 Lot 10 off of Rolling Hills Road. 20' utility easement is required for the sanitary sewer in Lot 10 as per Section ILIA-2 of the City of Coppell Subdivision Ordinance. 3. Dedicate the proposed 20' easement through separate instrument. There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
