Ditch Improvement Grading Plans
DATE: ~ril 22, 1992
As per your request, I have designed the attached set of grading
plans reflecting ditches along Oakcrest Lane for your use. In
preparing said plans, a detailed field survey was conducted. We
have identified the minimum regarding and reconstruction required
for proper drainage in this area, if funds are available.
In brief, the following culverts and driveways with no culverts are
proposed to be removed and replaced (R&R) as noted:
Ditch A':
$1A - The existing 8" PVC/15" CMP appears to be
functioning well. However, a judgment call at the
time of construction is in order as to whether said
culvert should remain or be replaced.
$2A - R&R ex. 24" CMP with 10 L.F. of 24" RCP.
#4A - Erosion on both ends of the existing 18" RCP, along
Meadowcreek Road at Oakcrest Lane, be controlled as
noted on plans.
Ditch
#SB - R&R ex. 12" CMP with 16 L.F. of 12" CMP.
#TB - R&R ex. 10" steel pipe with 14 L.F. of 12" CMP.
~9B thru
#13B - R&R placed existing driveways at centerline of
ditches as noted.
Ditch C':
$7C - R&R ex. 12" RCP with 14 L.F. of 12" RCP.
#10C - R&R ex. asphalt pavement along Sandy Oak Lane at
Oakcrest Lane, as noted.

Please note that it has been our intent to keep the ditch regrading
to bare minimum, while providing adequate drainage.
Attached please find one set of plans for your use, and additional
sealed plans will be provided in the near future.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
