Dear Mr. Hiekmam
The City of Coppell Building Inspections Departm~ forwarded your engineeFs proposed
grading plans to our Engine~ Department for~eview.
We are unable to approve the plans as submitted and will need the following additional
information:
1) actual grade elevation at benchmark or actual slab elevation;
2) dimensioned location or horizontal control plan showing line of drainage easement,
sanitary sewer and TU Electric easements, as well as the location of the proposed
retaining wall;
3) permit application with detailed engineered drawing of retaining wall; and
.... 4)-' necessary geoteehnical tests on proposed baclcgl] and fill at retaining wall with
supporting eal¢-lstions that grade compaction and wall will withstand imposed loads
of driveway, as well as surcharge at walL
Until such Hme as the proper drawings are received and approval is granted, you are hereby
ordered to stop work in accordance with the red tag posted at the site on July 27, 1990 at
10:00 a~n~ Thiz stop work order includes any work on rough or final grading; subsurface
plumbing; electrical or other ske operations, including any flatwork, forming for concrete,
building of dykes and/or levees to divert stormwater runoff, and other operations that might
have a detrimental effect or impede movement of surface water flow.
