Please accept the following revised estimate to expose Explorer's pipeline,
inspect, and construct concrete cap as per Explorer Pipeline's specs between
Pav. Sta, 9+23.33 and Pay. Sta. 8+78.94 on proposed street in the City of Coppell.
The following revision in price is necessary due to the developer placing 10 ft. of fill
on top of the existing 5 ft. of fill already covering Explorer's line and constructing new
street up to Explorer Pipeline's right of way. This will require us to to break out, remove
and haul off approximately 740 sq. ft. of concrete of the new street in order to maintain
proper sloping of the ditch sides while working on the pipeline. This estimate does not
include replacing the paving, backfilling, or repairing any damage to the pipeline or its
coating.
Revised Estimated Cost $ 33,000.00
Terms of Payment: Invoices are due and payable Net 30 days upon receipt of
invoice,
