RE: First Construction Review Comments for Northlake Woodlands-Lots 5-10, Block 1
Dear Mr. Wright:
The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
1. Provide a signed plat in the next set of review plans.
2. Check the Coppell Standard Construction Details and the Subdivision Ordinance
for water service connection design requirements. Check with Howard Pafford,
Water Superintendant, on the 2" bullhead design.
3. Show the drainage section on the left and right side of the paving.
4. Horizontal curves in sewer lines are not encouraged and are subject to approval
of the City Engineer on a case by case basis.
5. Concrete encase the 8" sewer line at the location shown on the water and sewer
plans.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these
comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the
