RE: Construction Plans for Northlake Woodlands Block I Lots 5-10.
Dear Mr. Wright:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and find that they
meet our current minimum requirements. Prior to the start of construction, all
development fees should be paid and a preconstruction meeting should be scheduled.
After completion of the work, please provide four (4) sets of "As Built" plans; One (1)
set of mylars and three (3) sets of blue lines. If you have any questions, please feel
