Dear Hr. Ragland:
A final inspection was made 6/18/84 at the above referenced project.
We recommend acceptance by the City o£ Coppell subject to the following:
1. The contractor is to furnish a maintenance bond to cover a period
of one year from this date.
2. The developer is to fumish one set of reproducable "As Builts."
The City of Coppell may issue building permits for model homes only until the
above requirements are met.
