MEADOWS FOUR UTILITIES PUNCH LIST
1. Connection of 12" to 16" pipe concreted and open street.
2. Uncover shut off on meter box services.
3. Backfill behind curb on west cul de sac (NW).
4. Backfill around meter boxes as needed.
5. Check SS MM on north side of parkway 300' west of Meadow
6. Backfill around SS manhole @ 300' west of Meadow Run.
7. Rub and patch inlet tops and faces.
8. Clean and smooth manhole emtries on inlets.
9. Clean out trash in inlets.
10. Mark water meters with blue "W~' on curbs.
11. Concrete blocks on valve stacks (2' x 2' x 6")
12. Adjust valve stack to grade.
13. Inlet throats bottom smooth and straight.
14. Clean and touch up fire hydrants.
15. Clean out SS manhole at Meadow Glen and Parkway.
16. Clean out SS manhole Meadow Glen cul de sac (North).
17. Standing water and silt in SS manhole 400' west on Meado~
18. Level and grade water meter boxes.
19. Replace and clean out valve stack cover at Meadow Run and
20. Clean out SS manhole 100' west of Meadow Run and Meadow
21. Fire hydrant too high on west cul de sac on Meadow Glen
22. Clean out SS manhole on NE corner of Green Tree Lane and
23. Dress up variable HT. curb on west inlet on Green Tree La
