This letter is in response to a request to release a utility easement
in the Northlake Woodlands East Phase 3 Addition in Coppell, Texas.
With this letter, GTE Southwest Incorporated offers no objection to
this request and therefore, releases the 10' utility easement located
along the South property line of Lot 19, Block 2, in the Northlake
Woodlands East Phase 3 Addition, otherwise known as 615 Briarglen
Drive, Coppell, Texas.

Dear Hr. Oconnell:
TU Electric has no objection to the release of the 10 foot strip
Utility Easement adjacent to the Drainage and Utility Easement at
the rear of Lot 19, Block 2 of Northlake Woodlands East, Phase 3.
The 10 foot by 10 foot transformer easement and the 10 foot
strip, 5 foot on each side of the common lot line of Lots 19 and
20, are not to be released.
