Since the fill was placed in the floodplain in violation of the above mentioned ordinances, you must remove the fill and supply the city with a survey that confirms grades have been restored to the original elevations. An alternative to the above solution is to request approval from the Floodplain Administrator, Russell Doyle, to allow the added fill to remain in the floodplain.
