Northlake Wood-CS 870409 April 9, 1987 Wayne Ginn Ginn, Inc. 17103 Preston Dallas, Texas 75248 RE: Drainage Utility Easements Dear Wayne: Recently, the city has received several concerns expressed by residents of the Northlake Woodlands Subdivision in the area of Rocky Branch, Arbor Brook, and Meadowcreek concerning the deterioration and erosion of the drainage/utility easement which is situated between the back portions of those lots that front Arbor Brook, Lea Valley, and Rocky Branch. The drainage/utility easement is utilized by the city, G.T.E., and the local Cable Company. There is a lack of adequate access to this easement which prevents the city to access and maneuver within the easement to relieve some of the erosion taking place. Additionally, there are several retaining walls that have been constructed along or within this area that couples the situation. ~ am requesting by this letter that a representative from your office as well as representatives from the Development department, Street department, and Water Utilities department meet to inspect this area and together determine the appropriate response and subsequent action. If you care to discuss this with me, please call. I am requesting that the departments listed meet at the Town Center second floor conference room at 10:00 a.m. on April 22 in order to discuss the situation and set a date to inspect the drainage/utility easement, Steve Goram Director of Public Works SGG/sm cc: Shohree E)anishmand, Civil Engineer Steve Morton, Development Inspector Per Birdsall, Street Foreman Carl Bass, Warier Utilities Foreman Frank Trando, Finance Director Larry Jackson, City Attorney
