I am in receipt of your faxed agreement to the terms outlined in Mr. Alen Hinckley's letter to
you, dated April 4, 2000.
I have no problem with delaying construction of Town Center Boulevard West, (Second High
School Access, ST97-04), to facilitate off-site utility construction associated with the
development of Town Center West. I appreciate your willingness to cooperate with both the
developer and the City of Coppell.
Please understand our desire to have our project finished and ready for use by early August. I
will be involved in the above mentioned construction and will inform you of any unexpected
delays or problems that may develop.

RE: Utility Installation Town Cent= West- City of Ccppell, Texas
It has been brought to my attention that in order to timely install the utilities and landsca mg
irrigation lines required on the Detail Site Plan appwved by City Council March 28~, a
coordination of timing for the Town Center West paving section is necessary. As you know, the
underground utilities need to be installed prior to the paving of Town Center West Road and
sidewalk sections.

contractors to complete the utility work necessary and to meet other conditions set by the Cily
Council.
This will co~irm thsl Rebcon will impose no f~s or penalties associated with postponing this
project.
