Dear Robert,
It has been brought to my attention that in order to timely install the utilities and landsca ing
irrigation lines required on the Detail Site Plan approved by City Council March 2$g, a
coordination of timing for the Town Center West paving section is necessary. As you know, the
underground utilities need to be installed prior to the paving of Town Center West Road and
sidewalk sections.
We request you delay the lime stabilization and paving of Town Center west to allow our
contractors to complete the utility work necessary and to meet other conditions set by the City
Council.
This will confirm that Rebcon will impose no fees or penalties associated with postponing this
project.
We appreciate the efforts and coordination by the City of Coppell Engineering and Building
inspection Staff as well as Rebcon's assistance.
