Enclosed is a preliminary schedule for both the City approval phases of our development. This schedule is very optimis~ provide for any possible delays encountered in the City M.U.D. approval process, or construction. The schedule calls be complete by mid-August. I feel that as developers, we can our contractors to finish their work on schedule, but the approvals are out of our hands. I am asking for any help y might be able to provide to us in processing our plat and 1 manner. Additionally, as soon as we have determined the estir engineering, drainage improvements and paving for the City's Boulevard (being that section that connects our section to San, would like for the City and our firm to enter into an agreee for the payment and construction management.
