As you know, the extension of our preliminary plat by City Cow
based upon our completing our portion of Samuel Boulevl
commencement of the 1989 fall school year.
Enclosed is a preliminary schedule for both the City approval
phases of our development. This schedule is very optimis~
provide for any possible delays encountered in the City
M.U.D. approval process, or construction. The schedule calls
be complete by mid-August. I feel that as developers, we can
