1) Sidewalk and Utility Easement dated October 5, 1999
2) City of Coppell Special Warranty Dedication Deed for Right of Way dated October 5, 1999
The original copies with volume and page assigned should be sent by U.S. Mail from the clerk's
office.
As I discussed on the telephone, I have enclosed the original copy of the TXU letter dated
November 29,1999 sent back to me by American Title Company. They advised it would need an
appropriate notarized signature prior to being filed of record by the City of Coppell. Now you
should have back in your possession the entire file on this matter (original copy of TXU Letter to
the City of Coppell plus the file stamped documents listed above).
