Dear Mr. Griffin:
This letter is to serve as a commitment by TXU Electric & Gas to relocate any existing overhead
facilities that are found to be in conflict with future curb cut openings along Town Center
Boulevard, see attached Exhibit 1 & 2 for project location. TXU will adjusted these facilities
along the east-west axis of the existing overhead line to accommodate for the curb cut openings.
The relocation of these facilities will be performed at TXU's expense.
