On this date, an HBC Engineering representative arrived at the abov~
jobsite as scheduled for roof decking inspection on Building C. Th~
items have been visually inspected.
Between Grid Lines 1 to 4 and A to N, an inspection of the roe
conducted. 5/8" puddle . welds attached the roof to the perim(
6" centers and to the joists on 12" centers.
Side lap screws were attached in each span between joists. Dx
general notes denoted Hilti fasteners should be used. The get
contractor was in the process of checking to see if 5/8" pudd]
would be acceptable.
