On this date, an HBC Engineering representative arrived at the above
jobsite as scheduled for structural steel inspection on the roof dec
representative sample of decking attachments have been inspected wit
following results.
Building B:
1. Interior supports welded at 12 inch centers in lieu of 6 in¢
general notes on structural drawings.
2. Weldout incomplete at deck end supports along various roof
openings.
Building A:
1. Perimeter and interior supports welded at 12 inch centers in
lieu of 6 inch per general notes on structural drawings.
2. Perimeter deck support angle butt splice connections not
welded continuous on vertical leg at various locations.
3. Various incomplete areas noted and marked with orange paint.
These discrepancies have been reported to the general contractor.
