Based on the results of the tests, we recommend that the concrete street subgrade be
stabilized with the addition of 5 percent hydrated lime (24 pounds per square yard for a
six-inch stabilized layer). The lime and the stabilization and compaction of the
subgrade should be performed in accordance with the applicable City specifications.
