These easements were executed by the Hinckley, for the purposes shown in the following list 1) Five foot Utility Easement along most Northerly al This easement was required by city Staff. Sin( Meadows Section Six - Phase One owns the land ju alley Right-of-Way, an easement was required j% shown on all internal alleys (i.e. all all~ subdivision were required to have five foot util either side of all the Right-of-Way). 2) Drainage Easement located near Meadow Run and th, alley of this development. This easement should have been obtained when the sewer system was constructed. We obtained this e~ Hinckley because the existing storm sewer systE development feeds into crosses private property. you review the Engineering Plans for the 10catic sewer system. 3) TeN foo~ Utility Easement located 223.35 feet Wet and Pa_z~way Boulevard. This e~sement was obtained from Mr. Hinckley for const~hcting a Sanitary Sewer line and a Storm ~ serve~ the referenced development.
