A final inspection of the above referenced project was conducted
on January 5, 1990. The water, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer has
been tested and verified by City of Coppell officials and is in
compliance with the City of Coppell standard requirements.
The one-year maintenance bond has been received. The as-builts
have been received by the City of Coppell Engineering Department.
Maturity on the bond will be one year from the issuance of this
letter.
