Utilities Crewleader, Ted Dutt, performed a walk-through in the above
to verify completion of punch list items, and has found that the folio
deficient.
1. Marlee Drive (Lot 28) Reset meter box to center the meter yoke.
2. Alendale (Lot 7) Reset meter box to center meter yoke.
3. Station 7+05 (Line S-$) Cut pavement in alley and reset clean out, s
completely capped.
Please insure that all these items are completed prior to acceptance.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please advise.
