Dear Larry:
We have field verified the top of curb elevations in
development. Elevations were taken at every 100 foot
on the paving / Plan Profile Exhibits in the
Engineering Plans for the referenced development.
It appears that all top of curb grade elevatio
subdivision are within an acceptable range of that sho~
However, I would suggest that the City inspect the
Pavement after a moderate rain to see if any pondi]
Since our spot shots were taken every 100 feet, and
is on such a flat grade, I feel that this area should
consideration by the city of Coppell. A copy of the
