Dear Ken:
As I discussed with you recently, I am interested in widening the alley behind my home to
provide for more tur~ing room into my driveway and to prevent the damage that is occurring
along my alley from trash trucks and other traffic missing the comer. Please t'md attached two
drawings indicating the widening of the alley that I would like to construct with my own funds.
Your assistance in permitting this project would be appreciated and any consideration for low
or no cost permits would make this project more affordable for my family as I am not
requesting any City participation in the construction of these alley improvements.

construction in the next two weeks.
