De ar Mr. Young: /
We have been informed by the Developer for this subdivision, D.T.
Construction, that the paving improvements are now substantially
complete for the subject project. You are hereby given Notice to
Proceed with placement of storm drainage inlet tops, water meter
yokes and boxes, and the final appurtenance adjustments necessary
to complete the project.
The working day contract time will begin again as soon as you
move a crew back on site to complete the work, not to exceed 10
calendar days from the date of this letter, per Article 10 of the
Standard Form of Agreement. Please note that the contract time
allocated for the work performed to-date has already been
exceeded, and that the Developer and Owner ar, anxious to
expedite completion of this project.
