I sent a letter to Pete Smith around January 1:5, 1993, concerning development fees on Northlake
Woodlands East Phase 10. It is critical to get an actual status of the fees because we are in the
process of trying to acquire an easement from Mr. Steve Parsons, the owner of this property.
I have asked Pete about this several times. He has indicated it has been delegated to Larry
Jackson. The first time I spoke to Larry about it, he was unsure what I was speaking of. My
records show that I have spoken with the attorney's office on January 26, January 29, February
2, and February 11.
! recently received a copy of my letter back from you questioning the status of the document.
Also, the top of the letter indicates that it was ticklered for ;Ianuary 19, yet I did not receive a
tickler on this item. As you can see, I have contacted the attorney's office numerous times to
obtain a resolution to what I would perceive as a simple matter, however, I have yet to receive
any response on this issue. Therefore, I am unable to respond to you as to the current status
of this document. As best as I can tell, it is pending awaiting the attorney's response.
Any direction you can offer on how I can speed this process up or any assistance you can
provide arriving at a resolution to this would be greatly appreciated. If you have any questions,
I would happy to speak with you concerning this matter.
