Dear Mr. Bennett:
The construction meter set for the above referenced
damaged by a worker operating the water truck. It
he had failed to disconnect his truck before drivi~
the meter. Your company will be responsible for
repairing this meter.
The cost of the repair was $210.00 and this amount
be paid at the City of Coppell Water Billing Department
Boulevard (Town Center).
