RE: West Town Center Drive construction
Dear Mr.
Within the next couple of weeks the City of Coppell will begin the construction of West Town
Center Drive. The construction will consist of the extension of the existing road on the south
side of Sonic Drive-In located at Denton Tap Road. The road will extend westward to Coppell
High School (see Exhibit A).
During the design of this project it was brought to our attention that a portion of your chainlink
fence is in the existing right-of-way of Willow Lane. The proposed road extension of West
Town Cemer Drive will be extended through a portion of the existing Willow Lane right-of-
way. Therefore, in order for construction to proceed your fence will need to be relocated out
of the right-of-way of Willow Lane. It is anticipated that the fence will need to be relocated by
July 6, 1999 so that construction can continue.
