met and discussed procedures that will need to be followed in
requesting to perform drainage improvements in a Texas Power & Light
Company transmission easement..adjacent to the above referenced
subdivision. Mr. Parsons and Mr. Tipton agreed to m~et Texas Power &
Light Company requirements in resolving this situation.
