Travelled to job site, as requested, to deliver four (4)
concrete test cylinder molds to contractor for a 12:00 noon
concrete pour. Returned to office.
NOTE: Call for cylinder mold delivery came after we had already
completed the scheduled pick-up for cylinders made on
10-26-94 and returned to the office.
