by Charles through Debra with Site Concrete (contractor)
on Friday, May 20, 1994. No one on job site. Site Concrete
(contractor) was notified immediately to confirm the
scheduled appointment. Debra, with the construction office,
confirmed the appointment and followed up with job foreman
that no one would be working on job site at all today.
