MEMORANDUM

Below I have listed all the items found to be deficient:
1. All manhole invert piping needs to be cut on angle and
grouted at entry.
2. Sta. $1+09.11 Line "G" needs riser ring and regrouted
and then needs chimney seal.
3. Sta. #4+68.51 manhole invert has mud in it and needs to be
cleaned.
4. Sta. #2+91.09 Line "A" holding water. Why?
5. Condor Drive & MacArthur 2" blow-off needs brass 90° up.
6. Bethel School Road and Condor Drive curb cutout for storm
drain will need "v" for FHV.
7. Redwing Drive lot 24 has broken piece of pipe in CO, needs
to be removed.
