RE: Temporary ~ermit for a Concrete Batch Plant for
The Bstates of Ca~bridge Manor - Conill, Texas
Dear Mr. Davis:
We wish ko Set a temporary concrete batch plan~ on the
~bove mentioned site. The a~i;&ch~d drawing will sh~w ~he
ex&c= location. The plan= and location will meet all the
Texas Natural Resource Conservation co~iss£on specs. We
will forward the approval let=er fro~ the board to ¥o= once
we receive it. The plant will only be in operanion a short
time and we ho~e this plan will meet with your a~proval.
We also need a letter from the City of Co~pe11 sent to the
Texas Natural ~esource Conservation Commission confirming
that the streets will be city right-of-way upon final
accept&hoe. We have attached a sample letter for you =o
use. Please send us a copy of th/s letter.
