Dear Mr. Chapman.:
This letter is sent to you regarding the installation of your
Dallas Water Supply Line No. 3.
Since my initial meetings and.discussions with both Dave Mull'ins
and Mike Roach, from your office, in March, we have tried to be
cooperative in the planning of this .project.
Upon receipt of your July 19th letter, I rescheduled our paving
plans as you requested.
Since my legal commitments to my lender and builders calls for
certain schedules to be met, I am notifying you, that we must
now proceed'with the paving of Bethel Road along with the rest
of the proJe.c~.
i hope that you have been able to resolve your alignment problems
regarding' the above Water Line and that your project will be
completed successfully.
