Dear Mr. Davis:
We wish to set a temporary concrete batch plant on the above
mentioned site. The attached drawing will show the exact location.
The plant and location will meet all the Texas Natural Resource
Conservation Commission specs. We will forward the approval letter
from the TNRCC to you once we receive it. The plant will only be
in operation a short time and we hope this plan will meet with
your approval.
We also need a letter from the city sent to the TNRCC confirming
that the streets will be city right-of-way upon final acceptance.
We have attached a sample letter for you to use. Please send us a
copy of this letter.
Please let me know if there is additional information you
