The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following

3 .- Make the spelling correction as indicated on the plat.
2. Show drainage flow arrows on the drainage area map and on all paving plan sheets.
3. Address the comment made by the City Engineer, Ken Griffin, regarding the

~12. Concrete encase sanitary sewer and water lines that cross within 24 inches of any utility
i.e., sanitary sewer, water line and storm sewer.
13. Provide 2' blowoffs at the locations indicated on the water and sewer plan (Sheet 17).
14. Make corrections to the general notes on the water and sewer plans. If you have any
questions contact Howard Pafford, water superintendent at 462-8495.
~15. "Line J' has been labeled incorrectly on the water and sewer plan sheet. Also, no
water and sewer services were provided for Lot 25, Block 14. Please be aware this
lot cannot be serviced by 6' sewer line on the north side of lot because that is a MUD
x'~ sewer line and lot 25 is not in the MUD (refer to Sheet 17).
J/ff 16. Could not find location of sanitary sewer 'Line K' on water and sewer plans.
. Provide erosion control around perimeter of project. Also, haybales should be placed
on property line.

· There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have
been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you
