On November 12, 1993, the City of Coppell's Engineering Department received construction
plans for Northlake Woodlands l=a~t No. 10, Phase B. The following week your office was
contacted and informed of the need for landscaping plans before the construction plans could
be processed through the other departments for review. The purpose of this letter is to
inform you that the construction plans are currently being held by the Engineering
Department still awaiting the landscape plans.
