I recieved a phone call from Donna Morrow in Public Works stating that Pat Atkins had
called for fees associated with Northlake Woodlands Phase 10(B). He had given her the
number of lots and wanted her to figure the fees. Not knowing how to figure the fees, or if
they had been assessed, she took his name and number. I informed Donna that the fees have
not been assessed and asked if she would let our department call Mr. Atldns back, fearing
that he may be trying to get ahead of himself by not having a filed final plat or approved
plans of the subdivision. Through the course of the conversation, Donna pointed out the
need for an outline of fees (per lot) to pass on to the developers. I told her that I believed
that was done in the subdivision ordinance, however, since that had not been updated that
they were not correct? I also conveyed that the subdivsion ordinance was under review for
updating at this time. If you would like to return Mr. Atkins call, he is at 535-0439. If you
