item staff requests be changed on the plat are the signature blocks.
RECOMMENDATION TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
The planning staff recommends approval of the minor plat subject to the modifications being
made to the sj~nmre block to include the Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission
and Mayor's signature blocks and delete the Director of Planning.
