Dear Mr. Martin:
Several months ago we met concerning the alley behind the house at 413 Willet. At that
time, we agreed to have the contractor repair the alley to a suitable condition, when
paving operations at The Hollows of Northlake Woodlands began. We have began to
stake the subdivision for paving and anticipate the alley to be repaired within the next 6
weeks.
