consideration in hand paid by the City of Coppell receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, do by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto to the City of
Coppell, the free said uninterrupted use, liberty and privilege of the passage in, along,
upon and across the following described property, a utility easement owned by them.
Situated in Dallas County, Texas, in the James Parrish Survey, Abstract No. 1139, City of
Coppell, Dallas County, Texas, the subject utility, easement parcel
particularly described as follows; ,~

And it is further agreed that owners of said lots listed above in consideration of
the benefits above set out, will remove from the property above described, such fences,
buildings and other obstructions as may now be found upon said property, for the purpose
of an infrastructure in, along, upon and across said premises, with the right and privilege
at all times of the grantee herein, his or its agents, employees, workmen and
representatives having ingress, egress, and regress in, along upon and across said
premises for the purpose of making additions to, improvements on and repairs to the said
infrastructures and / or any part thereof.
TO I-L, VE AND TO HOLD unto the said City of Coppell as aforesaid for the
purposes aforesaid the premises above described.

EXHIBIT "A"
BEING a 20 feet wide strip of land situated on Lots 24 and 25, Block H of Phase C
Northlake Woodlands East No. 10, an addition to the City of Coppell, according to the
final plat recorded in Volume 95170, Page 1 of the Deed Records of Dallas County,
Texas, the subject strip further being located parallel to and 10 feet wide on either side of
the common lot line between said Lots 24 and 25, Block H. Said strip of land further
being located along the entire length of said lots.
