A field investigation was made on the storm water drainage in Northlake
Woodlands 12. It was found that the positive overflow between Lots 5 and
6 Blk F has been filled due to home construction. To provide proper
drainage the overflow must be provided according to the engineering plans.
Please request that the home builder comply with the original draina§e
design. I would appreciate your response to this request no later than
February 28, 1992.
