ANALYSIS: The applicant is requestin§ approval to replat lots 6 & 7 into one lot. The potential property owner would like to have a 6,000 square foot home built, but the structure would not meet development re§ulations such as minimum setbacks and maximum building coverages, on only one lot. By approving the replat of the two lots, a 6,000 square foot structure could conform to Coppell's standard development regulations.
