Dear Mr. Tipton:
A final inspection of the above referenced project has been
confirmed by representatives of the City of Coppell.
Paving and utilities have been verified and are in compliance with
the City of Coppell standard requirements.
The one year maintenance bonds and as-built drawings have been
received. Maturity on the bonds will be one year from the date of
this letter (October 9, 1990).
