Dear Mr. Davis:
As per the pre-construction meeting of May 11, 1990, in reference
to the above mentioned project, we are submitting the following
items.
1. Construction Development Permit Application
2. Construction Permit Fee in the amount of $1,013.79, with
copies of the Utility and Paving Contracts.
3. A letter regarding the Flood Plain Reclamation.
4. Four (4) additional sets for City stamping.
5. The trench safety plan.
6. A letter designating the soils engineer for the project.
7. Signed copies of the Final Plat for City processing.
The Utility contractor is scheduled to begin work on Ma.y 21, 1990.
