LOCATION: Northwest corner of Mockingbird Lane and the St. Louis and
Southwestern Railroad.
SIZE OF AREA: 3.77 acres
REQUEST: Approval of the final plat along with the following
variances:
1) Deletion of the alleys on Lots 2-9.
2) Allow Lot 1 frontage on Mockingbird Lane.
3) Waiver of centerline radius on Crestview Court to 75
feet (Comprehensive Subdivision Ordinance requires a
minimum of distance of 425 feet.

RISTORY: Subject property was submitted to the City Council in May,
1989, and approved; however, the plat was not submitted to
the City within the required six (6) month period, and the
plat was deemed null and void. For this reason, a
resubmittal is required.
ANALYSIS: Applicant is requesting approval of a final plat along
with variances. Since the final plat has not been amended
since the last submittal, staff has no objections.
