SIZE OF AREA: 3.77 acres REQUEST: Approval of the final plat along with the following variances: 1) Deletion of the alleys on Lots 2-9. 2) Allow Lot 1 frontage on Mockingbird Lane. 3) Waiver of centerline radius on Crestview Court to 75 feet (Comprehensive Subdivision Ordinance requires a minimum of distance of 425 feet. For this reason, a resubmittal is required. ANALYSIS: Applicant is requesting approval of a final plat along with variances. Since the final plat has not been amended since the last submittal, staff has no objections.
