Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
This letter is to inform the City of the proposed dirt work
that is needed over the existing sanitary sewer easement within
the above mentioned project. The fill over the easement is
required to obtain minimum elevation on the lots based on the
100 year flood elevation. The fill will be placed in lifts and
density tests will be performed. All slopes will be grassed for
erosion protection.
We are now in the process of obtaining a letter from Lone
Star Gas Company regarding the fill placed within their easement.
