Water/Sanitary Scwer Plans:
Please make the following additions and/or corrections
as marked:
i) - Show existing water/sanitary sewer lines as
located in 'the area where they exist.
2 ) - Show proposed water/sanitary sewer lines.
(minimum sizes are 8')
3) - Show propo'sed placement of valves, manholes,
f.i. re hyd~fant:s, clean out, water services, and
sewer services.
4) - Show saniLary sewer line profiles as related
to existing and finished grade.
5) - Show ail necessary easements as 20 ft. unless
[:he proposed easement is located between two
lots, then 15 ft. is allowed. If any off site
easements are necessary, ali. documents
concerning that easement shall be finalized
prior 'to Council approval of 'the final plat.
6) - If the development is anything other than
residential, the building area shall be noted
on the plans.
7) - Per Subdivision Ordinance Section XVI, Item
'B", Page 20, the following listed fees must
be paid nine (9) working days prior to CC
meetinq: wa-tot and sewer availability.
