The p~u'pose of this letter is to put into writing our agreement regarding thc wet area along the
north side of Mallard Drive at approximately 20 feet behind the curb on Lot 19 Block F in
Northlake Woodlands Phase 10 C.
We are aware that this area has remained in a wet condition and we will correct rite problem
within the next 60 days.
