2nd M.H. on Blue Jay bottom band on chimney seal need to be installed properly.
M.H. on Mallard chimney seal needs to be installed properly.
M.H. 1 st off Bethel School Rd. need to be installed properly.

The following items were still not completed on our walk-thru of
April 15, 1997.
1. Potential pond - clean.
2. Seal curb end of Mallard south side.
3. Channel holds water; headwall needs railing.
4. Form stake in expansion Joint.
5. Additional random crack found - curb inlet north side at
west end of Mallard.
6. Suspected spring water seeping from the first two lots on
Mallard north side.
